Dao sword of the Naga peoples of Assam. Fierce warriors and headhunters from the isolated mountain boarders of Burma and India area. Wood handle with good patina from age and use has Most of the original goat hair decoration, and original rattan binding. It is 32" overall with a 8" hand forged blade. Late 19th or very early 20th century.
