#PH160Philippine tenegre sword from the Visayan Islands with monster/diety head handle. The very well carved wood handle has a good patina from age and use, an iron sleeve, and an unusual iron disk guard. The heavy blade has file work and a copper inset section near the base. 19th century, 24 1/2" overall with a 20" blade.SOLD.
