#PH312: High quality Moro kris sword with large cockatoo handle, and
pattern blade.

The large burl wood cockatoo handle has beautiful
grain and color with a dark patina from age and use. The stirrup and
fittings are made of silver, and the original twine wrapped handle is
very intact. The straight blade has a slight curve down, and the
pattern is very strong and active. The scabbard is old and of an
unusual style, but not original to this sword as it is not a perfect
fit, and the rattan binding is a modern replacement. 19th century,
27” overall with a 20 ½” blade……….Sold
