INDO813: Sumatran Sewar Dagger

A large 19th century Sumatran Sewar dagger. The horn handle and scabbard top match very well, and have a good patina from age and use. The thick blade shows pamor patterning, but is oxidized pretty dark. The scabbard is mostly covered with silver bands.     

16 inches overall with a 11 inch blade that is 3/8 at the back edge. 19th century, Sumatra, Indonesia.
